Shipping policy

Free shipping on every U.S. order

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays).

Delivery time

Most U.S. orders arrive in about 7 to 14 business days after they ship. During busy holiday weeks it can take a few days longer, so we recommend ordering gifts early.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Some orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

International orders

We ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping rates are shown at checkout, and delivery usually takes 10 to 25 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at troy@globaltradingpartners.email and we will fix it if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
